What do I mean when I say "Go With Confidence"? I tell this phrase to educators, administrators, parents, RBTs, and staff all the time but what does it mean?​

Going with confidence is the opposite of arrogance. It's humility, servant leadership, and collaboration. Sometimes we must have hard conversations, make hard decisions, and help people through their most challenging times.

 

Going with confidence, following all procedures, and correctly applying/documenting interventions is not a guarantee of success. What it does mean is that you have attempted to serve with integrity and fidelity. It defines you as collaboratively working together toward a common goal. Our goal at Behaviors of Learning is to utilize systematic approaches to help increase accountability for all stakeholders in manageable ways through smaller, more easily attainable goals.
